Have you seen Left Behind: The Movie either the Kirk Cameron version (2000) or the 2014 remake starring Nicholas Cage? If you have seen both, which did you prefer?

The rapture comes and select people instantly die and are taken to Heaven, leaving their clothes behind. This leads to chaos because people are suddenly missing and their loved ones don't know what's happened to them.
I've seen part of the original but stopped watching because it was so bad, not even enjoyably bad. The plot doesn't make much sense and the special effects are pathetic. I might check out the remake though because I like Nick Cage.
Sort of. There's an awful lot of artistic license. I don't remember the piles of clothes left on the ground part being in Revelations (though please correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while).
