Have you seen Left Behind?

I haven't heard of it. What is the premise?

The rapture comes and select people instantly die and are taken to Heaven, leaving their clothes behind. This leads to chaos because people are suddenly missing and their loved ones don't know what's happened to them.

So does the story focus on the people taken to heaven of just on those still alive?

I've seen part of the original but stopped watching because it was so bad, not even enjoyably bad. The plot doesn't make much sense and the special effects are pathetic. I might check out the remake though because I like Nick Cage.

Left BEHIND was not well done, to be very very honest.

For a great many people (millions ) it is about the Rapture, Christians to be honest, and is written about in the Bible

Sort of. There's an awful lot of artistic license. I don't remember the piles of clothes left on the ground part being in Revelations (though please correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while).
