How did The Ridiculous 6 become the most watched movie on Netflix?

Netflix (4)      Adam Sandler (3)      The Ridiculous Six (1)
Plagued by bad press during production and now with a Rotten Tomatoes Average Rating of 2.3/10 its a wonder that Adam Sandler’s first Netflix movie, The Ridiculous Six, could be considered even a mild success. Yet, according to Netflix {LINK http://www.polygon.com/2016/1/6/10725404/adam-sandlers-the-ridiculous-6-is-the-most-watched-title-on-netflix The ridiculous Six was the most watched movie] on the service, at least in the first 30 days. That’s still a huge accomplishment. In case you haven’t heard of the movie, here’s the trailer.

What do you think, your type of movie? Would you spend the time or do you think it would be a couple of hours you couldn’t get back?

I haven't watched The Ridiculous Six, I likely never will. Adam Sandler is just not for me. Don't get me wrong, I loved The Wedding Singer, and Happy Gilmore, even The Waterboy was pretty good but by 1998, I'd seen enough of Sandler's style of idiot comedy. I'm happy to move on to a different kind of comedy.
