Jungle Book Remake: Disney or Warner Bros?

There are two new live-action/animated film adaptations of The Jungle Book in the line. One is a by Disney and due to be released in 2015. It will star Neel Sethi as Mowgli, with a voice cast including Bill Murray as Baloo, Idris Elba as Shere Khan, Ben Kingsley as Bagheera, Christopher Walken as King Louie, and Scarlett Johansson as Kaa.

The other is by Warner Brothers and due to be released in 2016. It will be called The Jungle Book: Origins, and star Rohan Chand as Mowgli, Andy Serkis as Baloo, with a voice cast including Benedict Cumberbatch as Shere Khan, Christian Bale as Bagheera, and Cate Blanchett as Kaa.

Wow, really? Two? Am I allowed to say both? I can't decide which one I'd rather see :)
At the moment it is very hard to make a decision as it there is not really enough information out yet. I suppose it depends on your preference for studios and actors. I like that both are choosing children to play Mowgli rather than teenagers, which as often been done in the past, and it is interesting that both also chose women to voice of Kaa. I think Cumberbatch will make a very good Shere Khan.
I'd go Disney, but really, why bother? The original cartoon is so good....
