Cinema (15)      Time (1)
Sometimes I see a film on the TV schedule that I would be interested in watching, but it is not really at a time I'm in the mood to watch it. Is there a particular time that you prefer to watch films? Do you usually try to get a screening a particular time at the cinema? Or are you happy to watch a film any time of the day?

If I'm going to the cinema or watching a film at home, I have to do so once the sun has gone down. Leaving the cinema in the middle of the day messes with my head.

For the Cinema:
late afternoon is a great time.

For at home, maybe just after dinner
with dessert. about 7pm or after.

It just seems to sit well with us.
If I am going to the cinema, I like to catch a film between 2pm-3pm. If it is on TV, then I like it to start some time between 6pm-8pm.
Likewise Bryony, afternoon for cinema movies and evening for movies at home

I am happy to watch any time of day except late at night as I go to bed early.

I usually record films on tV and watch them later and often on Sundays I watch what I have recorded during the week.

However if I go to the movies, I do not mind which one I go to apart from the evening one.

Evenings - to unwind after work!
exactly.

I don't do movies often but when I do, it's at night.
Cinema viewing, prefer mid-morning, then can have lunch somewhere!

At home, prefer afternoon, then have Dinner.

Movie watching depends on my mood much.
The arthouse movies we go & see on Sundays, are only shown at 2pm, at an art gallery near where we live.
2pm on Sundays, at 'my' local art gallery, during the school terms. We pay $35 each, for 12 months of films. How good is that? And I'll also see them, any time I like on iview, (if it';s an ABC movie, or SBS on Demand, if it's an SBS movie! I dislike watching movies on commercial TV stations, because of the ads.

That is a brilliant price. I've seen such subscriptions usually over £100.
