Which movie has the coolest looking aliens?

There's been a fair bit of variety in the aliens seen on screen over the years, from little green men to little grey men to big black xenomorphs with acid for blood (Alien), googly-eyed friendly E.T. and creatures with bodies made entirely of water (The Abyss). Which do you think has been the coolest looking movie alien?

There are so many great aliens to choose from! I think I'd have to go with Stargate, I loved the alien technology and Ra was just cool, even with limited special effects.
My favourite are the ones from Pitch Black. They look properly alien, and the way they moved was cool.
I'd go for Star Trek with their Klingons, Andorians, and other cool aliens.
I think I like the movie ''Signs'' the best.

The Aliens seem to be very close to what people have said they have seen, and the movie is nearly believable.

Great acting, and story.I have to say it's a 9 out of 10 for me, and I have seen them all.
